I own couple restaurants in Austin and I have worked with many companies throughout those years. I do not recommend this company at all. Please advise, even if another company charges you more it is worthy hiring this more expensive company. AUSTIN ROOTERS is not reliable. recepcionista/manager is rude and unprofessional. i requested a service and was charged for another one. Company did not assume the error and threatened our business. I am without words. can't believe a company would treat a client like that. DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM

The job was completed to my satisfaction. Pumping didn't take very long and he washed out the area when finished. The job was $25 less than another bid from a company I used before doing basically the same work but without the clean up.

They returned calls. They arrived on time and the day scheduled. Left area in good condition.

I received another quote from another company (Superior Sep.) that was close to $500 vs. $390 and the other company would ALSO add an extra charge to find/dig up the clean out access cover. No hidden fees or surprises with Austin Rooter! Have already recommended their septic pumping service to my daughter who recently bought a house with a septic system. Highly recommend for both the outstanding service and VALUE which I would give 6 Stars (A+) if they had it!
