I hired Austin Water Solutions to install an under the counter reverse osmosis system. They accommodated my schedule and were out the next day. They quoted the price over the phone then sent a follow up email quote that I signed on line and Michael installed the system the very next day. Michael was very knowledgeable drilled a hole perfectly into our counter top put on the faucet added the tanks and filters. After following their directions and running a few tanks of water through the system we have very good drinking water at a very reasonable price. When Michael left you could not even tell he was in our condo he took all packaging and cleaned up the entire area that he worked in. I was invoiced online and payed the bill so in these times of Covid-19 this was a very safe transaction. This job was done so well my daughter maybe installing a unit in here house.

My experience with Austin Water Solutions was great! Anthony (the owner) and Lana answered my all questions nicely. They showed up on time for installation and did a very clean job. Their price was very reasonable and even I got a free upgrade to a better valve on the installation day!
