Austin Willis Flooring Installation

Austin is punctual, courteous and pleasant. My repair was minor, but I imagine he would do great on larger jobs as well.

We had multiple wrinkles in our carpet (upstairs, high-traffic areas). Austin did a great job stretching the carpet and fixing the areas that bothered me. He arrived on-time, was professional/polite, and is reasonably priced. He even measured the rooms upstairs for me so that I have those measurements when we decide to replace the carpet. I highly recommend his work and would use him again for future jobs. Thank you!!

Austin was a very personable young man. He did a good job pulling up the carpeting, however when it came to installing the sheet vinyl he insisted on not using luane for a smooth base. We asked him several times if he was certain that the vinyl would look smooth without the luane and he assured us that it would. Well it looks terrible!! nothing but bumps. the man we bought the vinyl from couldn't believe that he wouldn't use the luane either. Wouldn't recommend Austin for installing vinyl. We are stuck with a lumpy floor in our kitchen, unless we want to spend about another $400 to replace it.
