I hired Austin to do lights in a kitchen which he did a good job on although it took him much longer than advertised. He said he also did HVAC installation so I hired him to do install a new furnace and AC. This is when things began to fall apart. First he installed a different brand of AC and furnace than we agreed on. Second, he never gave me any paperwork/warranty on the furnace, Third, he installed it incorrectly with no drain line in the furnace and I spent an additional $240 hiring another contractor to fix his mistakes. Forth he cut the line to the drier while doing the electrical for the furnace and I spend another $100 to have this repaired. Quite frankly, I should sue him for the poor job he did.

Austin was extremely thorough and very courteous. He did a great job fixing several electrical issues in my home and installing a ceiling fan on my vaulted ceiling. He was very dedicated and worked through every issue that came up and left everything very clean and tidy.
