Austin's Mr. Painter Man

Hard working and meticulous!

Did not do quality work - diluted the quality paint left paint run drops on walls. Did not complete the prep work as requested the nail holes and taping. Only painted top of base boards not the entire base board. They left empty paint cans and supplies all piled in one room did not clean up after themselves. Friendly but not good work. I have had to touch up behind them and clean off painted surfaces around where they painted. A portion of one wall was completely left unpainted that I had to paint myself. They did not paint the inside of one of the doors.

My husband and I are very pleased with the workmanship. The final result is excellent (two bathrooms and bedroom). However, since the job request was scheduled ahead of time, we had to remind Mr. Rodriguez about the appointment. Otherwise, Mr. Rodriguez was very professional in his work.

He was polite and worked quietly.

Johnny and his team did a very good job that I hired them for. I absolutely would hire them again. They said they'd take 2 days and that is what they did. We had them remove old wallpaper in a dining room and 2 small bathrooms. They then went back and added a "knock down" texture to the walls plus the walls in our 1/2 bath. I enjoyed working with these guys.

Johnny's team did a great job. We had a large number of relatively small drywall repairs and they expertly repaired them, and did a good job of cleaning up behind themselves. If I need more drywall work done in the future, Austin's Mr Painter Man will be my first call.

I was pleased to do business with John. They came and painted the house very fast.

On time and for the price quoted. Very good job and will hire again.

Excellent job! Timely, great cleanup afterwards. Really happy.

I was really pleased by the work, the timeliness, and the clean up. John’s quote came in significantly under others I checked. I plan to use his services again!

I hate to give a bad review because they were all very nice guys, and the labor price was great, but I was unhappy with their work: 1. I spent about an hour and a half pointing out all of the spots they missed. Some bigger than others but all noticeable to me. I had to inspect every wall because the spots were everywhere. 2. There were also a few paint spots on the floor, countertops and baseboards that I had to point out. 3. Even though they purchased the same quantity of paint quoted (10 gallons) the price somehow jumped $75 when they arrived with it. This is a paint they ?use all the time?, yet couldn?t quote it properly even though the quantity was correct? Not logical, and seems like they were just trying to get more money out of me. On the plus side, they did not get an attitude when I had them fix the spots, and I was very meticulous. However, if I hadn?t checked the walls, they would have been out the door. If you decide to work with them, just make sure to get costs in writing, and check the work before they leave.

wasn't prompt when he said he was going to show up, got paint on my carpet.. and wasn't much what looking for in performance..

Great to work with.

They arrived right on time and finished in the time frame that they predicted. This was greatly appreciated as my time is very important to me.

John is a friendly person, and he provided a good work. I plan to go for him if I decide to for other painting project job.

Johnny was very responsive and easy to work with. He was prompt and detailed.

John is a hard worker performs as he says. Great value for the money. I added jobs to the original estimate and he completed with no problem. The patio and fireplace painting is excellent as well as outside fence repair and staining. I highly recommend John and his crew.

Owner John Rodriguez and his crew were very courteous and professional. They showed up on time and John provided us the cheapest estimate out of the 4 businesses that inspected the work areas. I would highly recommended Mr. Painter Man (John Rodriguez) to friends and family.

Very pleasant to work with and would recommend John Rodriguez for any project. He painted our entire house interior. He guarantees his work and is coming back to do touch-ups. I would hire him again.

John showed up quickly after I contacted him and gave me a great quote. They worked quickly, very easy to deal with, did great work and cleaned up after themselves. I've already referred him to several other friends and would use him again in the future.

Worked quickly and stayed in contact throughout. Pleased with the job, overall.

No

John came over to give us a quote the day I made contact and started the next day. His quote was 20% less than others we received. It was a disruptive week while they worked, but the results were worth the turmoil No more popcorn ceilings!

Good work
