Auth Associates is based in Rockwall, TX and focuses on residential audio/video system design and installation. We are owned and operated by a Dallas area electrical engineer with extensive experience in product development at several local audio/video equipment manufacturers. That background, coupled with our passion for this industry, permits us to handle projects that many dealers can't touch. Working closely with our clients and exceeding their expectations is what we do best. That's why more than 90% of our business is from customer referrals. So whether you need help setting up that new TV, or a completely designed and installed custom home theater, we would love to work with you. We strive to create long-term relationships with our clients, since we fully believe that this is in the best interest for both of us. Ed Auth did a great job helping us figure out how to use our new system and run it through the TV. We had already done the installation but needed help with the operation. He showed us how to use this new technology and made it sound amazing. We are looking forward to future projects with Mr. Auth and are recommending him to our friends and neighbors!

Ed Auth did a wonderful job! He is very knowledgeable and courteous. He answered all of our questions and made a few suggestions based on his extensive knowledge about home theaters. He did a diagram of our room and calculated what size screen we needed. Used drop cloths and completely cleaned the room when he was finished. Took all of the trash with him. System is wonderful!

Mr. Auth was very courteous and patient when reviewing my project. He was happy to answer all of my questions and a pleasure to work with. He also created a file specifically for my Home Theater setup, complete with notes and a diagram. I appreciated that as it will make any follow up visits relatively painless since he will already know what I have and how it is setup.

Ed wired some rear home theater speakers for me and needed to go through a difficult area in the attic for access. He also had to cut through some heavy paneling for placement of the drops. He did a very professional job and I would certainly call him again.

Ed Auth, the owner of the firm, personally came to give us a quote the same day we made the request. He was also very flexible regarding the timing of the installation and in less than three days our audio system was installed. Ed was extremely knowledgable, friendly, and easy to work with. His communication skills regarding the job were excellent and he even offered several other tips for improving the lighting and space around our system, which was quite thoughtful. His personalized and friendly service combined with a highly competitive cost was just what we were looking for. We'd use him again for any of our installation needs!
