UPDATE: After writing this review, They reached out to me and delivered the appraisal as promised, though late. All in all, it took about a week and a half and they did a nice appraisal on my property. ORIGINAL: Needed an appraisal for my rental property and the initial call went well, they set up a time and day as expected, but they never called to confirm the day of. They did show up, did not call me when they finished, and a week later still have not heard from them and I have called to follow up 5 times.
