Bill took my calls, listened to my problems, came over promptly and sorted out my pool. Since then he has been back every week as we had arranged and taken excellent care of my pool - even to the point of being here 3 days in a row both morning and afternoon recently to sort out a chemical balance problem despite the arrangement only being for one visit per week. He is always professional, happy and helpful and very tolerant of complete pool-idiots (me!). I would have no hesitation in reccommending him to anyone.

The owner is down-to-earth and genuinely cares. Such a refreshing change from the corporations that seem to be taking over Austin. I was honest with him about the condition of my pool (a tank) and he was honest with me about his plans to fix it and keep it maintained at an affordable cost with chemicals included. Mr. Lefurgey was very prompt in contacting me and coming to inspect our pool. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He patched some visible cracks in our pool, but unfortunately the problem is deeper. We will be working with him to finish repairs.

Bill LeFurgey contacted me immediately (same day) for his services. He came out to look at my pool and to personally meet with me on the same day. I hired him on the spot with his rates at a one time fee with everything included. He comes out, actually cleans the pool, and sweeps the pool. Lets me know when things are needed and not. He has been out twice now, so as of right now I am glad to have him.

Yes, I recommend him to everyone. Not only am I using him, but my aunt who also has a pool is using him. Everyone that I know of with a pool I'm giving them his name and number.
