Jeff communicated well before and after the service call. He is obviously knowledgeable and patient. I had him come to take care of two separate audio problems which he did. He noticed a problem with my internet and volunteered to fix that as well. Very impressed.

Called them at 6pm on a Friday evening to fix my audio on my home theatre equipment. I had been battling with Suddenlink (who broke it somehow) and another tech came out and told me the receiver was bad, he came out and got me all set and was very professional and friendly. THANKS SO MUCH FOR MAKING THIS DRILL INSTRUCTOR'S WIFE ABLE TO PROVIDE A GREAT HOMECOMING FOR HER HUSBAND!

Jeff did a great job and explained the operation of the system throughout the install pprocess. He even explained the integration of media on my pc and how to set media there for streaming. I highly recommend Jeff for his knowledge and attention to detail.
