I hired them to relocate my sprinkler system and cap off two heads because I was having a patio and deck installed. They were already paid when I realized that the closest head, located next to my patio was not capped. I contacted Carlos three times. He made up multiple excuses (the head is broken, my guys are very busy, it’s going to rain so we may not come. Bottom line is, the issue never got resolved but Carlos took my money. Look elsewhere if you want quality work, honest answers, and quality customer service. I tried multiple times to resolve this issue with Carlos, the manager.

Negotiated fair price. Discussed with contractor how much damage to my yard with installation. Contractor advised I would see minimum damage as they use machine that slices ground, lays pipes and lays turf back down. The tractor used created ruts/ depressions in several areas and mounds where pipe was laid. Large areas where grass was totally damaged. Contractor said they would come out next day to clean up and address some of the issues when I expressed my concerns. I made final payment. Never heard back from contractor. When I followed up with Home Advisor about concerns, appears the contractor did not report this job completion to them. Irrigation system works well but will cost me couple hundred dollars to address yard damage caused by equipment they said would do minimum damage.
