Secure Comfort was prompt with a quote over the phone for service, but upon arrival added several items that more than tripled the cost. Took several days for completion. Not satisfied with the price, but the job is complete and personnel were professional and courteous.

Did not show up on scheduled appointment to install furnace already paid for. Had to call to find out why they didnt show up. They were evasive on when they could come out. Very shady outfit.

"Install was scheduled in peak AC season do to emergency had to reschedule appointment for furnace install then we came out to there House next day which happen to be way in the forest hours of driving installed super good system and this is the thanks we get!! For schedule issue really"

REVIEW BY DENNIS M. IN WOODINVILLE WA HOME ADVISOR PROVIDED SUFFICIENT INFORMATION FOR ME TO MAKE A GOOD DECISION TO HIRE. SECURE COMFORT WAS ON TIME, CURTEOUS AND PRORESSIONAL AT ALL TIMES. WHEN PROBLEM WAS IDENTIFIED THEY TOOK MY WIFE AND I DOWN TO THE FURNACE AND CLEARLY IDENTIFIED IN DETAIL THE PROBLEMS THEY FOUND AND WHAT ACTION WOULD BE REQUIRED TO RESOLVE EACH ISSUE INCLUDING REQUIRED PARTS. WHEN THE REPAIRS WERE COMPLETED THEY TOOK US BACK TO THE FURNACE AND IN DETAIL SHOWED US THE WORK AND CHANGES THAT HAD BEEN MADE. WELL DONE TO ROBERT AND DAVID.

Very professional, knowledgeable, and timely. Robert explained that our current system was held together with tape and it was on its last leg. Due to the previous owner disregard for installation that met code, He would be unable to repair existing system. His crew were timely in the installation and Preston even went beyond to clean up some damage installation in the attic and made a minor repair to our roof. This is what a true professional does - goes above and beyond to make the customer happy. Thanks to the Team at Secure Comfort, our house has been this comfortable since we moved in over 5 years ago. Robert was very quick to call and set up the appointment. Called to see if they could show up early for our appointment. When a problem was found, he showed me the problem, explained it, answered my questions and gave me options. He gave me what I thought was a very fair price. He finished the work in only a few hours. I called on a Saturday night and they called me back Sunday morning. They would have fixed it that night, but I told them it could wait until later in the week. They were prompt and suggested fixes that were outside of their profession, but that they had observed and offered to fix. They were very thorough with their explanation of repairs. I am very happy with their services and I will contact them again for tune-ups.

Was able to get a Monday appt when I called on a Friday afternoon during our heat wave. He was a few hours late for the 1st appointment, but I believe it was due to the enormous amout of work needing to be done with other customers during the heat wave. However once Robert was there he was able to determen tthe problem, and returned the next day on time and fixed my A/C. He provided good customer service, plus gave me extra items such as air filters and caulking spray to seal the hole where the furnace meets the wall. Additionally he did a tune up at no cost.

Didn't show for the first appointment...called him when he was 1/2hr late, and he said he missed it in his schedule. Rescheduled for later in the day and he was still 15 min. late. Told me he was sorry for missing the first appointment "but that's life". Yeah 3-1/2 hours out of mine that I wont get back. He also dented my freezer, and by the looks of it, it was on purpose. If he wants to get on here and refute anything I've said, no problem. I can take pictures of the whole setup and work area. I've owned my own small business in the construction trades for many years.,and this young man needs to hone up on his customer service and attitude.

"We called ahead of time . The customer lives in Arlington wa which is out of our area. He made our tech climb on and over equipment that he would not allow us to move then stated that's what I would do then complains about damage really a person trying to abuse the system just to sale home."

He was not very professional and was not very customer friendly. He wanted to be paid before the work was done. He charged $347 for a part that couldn't have even cost $30, it only took 5 minutes to replace. He took advantage of the fact that it was a very hot day and I wanted to fix the air conditioner.

"The prices we give are given up front we told him we wanted no problem even handed his credit card back and said let's cancel call and he insisted on having our service only to stabbing us in the back through negative review giving eastern Indian people a bad name the price included parts and labor plus diagnosis the price we have is given by most company's. We drove hour to get to your home gave good price and fixed all same day. Most people would be really happy to get same day service and get repair done with two year warranty."

Our first experience with Secure Comfort Heating and Cooling was in 2013. We were told the options available to us enabling us to make an informed decision. We had them out a year later for annual service. Absolutely would recommend them and will continue to use their services.

I had Robert Alexander install new Trane furnace and new Trane AC unit. I bought top of the line equipment. Best price, but worst install. Failed inspection and contractor won't return calls.

"Mike is a person that works on people's emotions try's to push people to there limit. He shocked all installation team members stood around the whole two days watching and asked questions with a smile and left got a thrill in using our time and energy then. Try's push his weight around through this system. We really feel sorry for the people that work with him. Through it all it shows what a great professional people we are to finish Job and complete despite the customer issues. The contract was sign that it was completed and approved by him."

This contractor took responsibility for my project however the work took longer than initially forecast. All work was completed to my satisfaction however.
