Auto rain was knowledgeable and professional. I purchased the house with the sprinkler system already installed so i never had anyone explain how it worked. Mike took time after the completed to explain the sprinkler system to me and adjusted it to fit my soil condition. He also gave me advice on fertilization. I would certainly recommend autorain.

GOOD. JUST HAD TROUBLE CLEANING ONE BLOWER AND THE JOB COULDN'T BE COMPLETED FULLY. IF IT HAS PROBLEM IN SPRING, THEY PROMISED TO COME AND FIX IT AND I AM HOPING WE WOULDN'T FIND ISSUES SWITCHING ON THE SPRINKLER SYSTEM

I was satisfied with the installation except that the pipe for shut off is above ground, which is unsightly and in the way to reach my faucet. Also, the lead hangs low in the basement. Mike promised to change the configuration, but hasn't yet. He responded promptly when I had a complaint.
