Auxilios Roofing

*We discussed the project several times and agreed on $6000. He asked to get the material, and I met him at the lumber yard on 9/27/2024 to pay for the material. He said he would start on 9/28/2024, but he did not come. He said the fence would be done by 10/04/2024, and the fence was completed by 10/10/2025, about 8 PM. I am requesting that he re-cut the arch on the fence, which was cut unevenly with a circular saw, and the boards were put upside down. I informed him, and he replied You said you wanted the arch cut. There are boards with bent nails. The work site was not cleaned up. I am attaching photos of the fence and all the trash I picked up. He only had one worker doing 75 % of the work; there were times I was helping with the work because he did not have a full crew to get the job completed. He was never on the work site to evaluate his workers' progress or inspect their work. The resolution I am requesting is for the company to replace the boards, turn the boards upright, and cut them in a professional way, or I would like the company to reimburse me for the job. I informed them that I was not pleased with the outcome of the work. He promised to do a great job, and I would be happy with the results. I had to keep calling or texting him about getting the job done. It should have taken 3 to 5 days to complete the work. There was $100 deducted from the labor because my satellite cable was cut. I was promised he would deliver dirt to put under the high point in the yard several times.

Service was not done to schedule. Contractor used the latch from the previous gate that is not properly attached. Gate is uneven and no gate locking mechanism was installed. Tremendously disappointed. Gate installation is not suitable. I paid for poor performance.

Mister Auxilio and his crew did an excellent job repairing my screened-in back porch. They arrived at the scheduled time, assessed what needed to be done, and quickly made the necessary repairs. I appreciate that he and his crew made sure to police the area afterward and clean up any debris. I have several other projects I need to complete this summer. I will definitely call Mr. Auxilio again to assist.

They took my deposit but never completed the work. The company was operating without a business license or permit. The city of Madison served them with a cease work decree. DO NOT HIRE them to roof your house. I will be suing them in small claims.
