Andre is trained and educated in trades of architecture and structural engineering design with over 25 years experience and welcomes small or large jobs. Project types include Permit Plans describing custom renovations & additions, designing for the removal of a wall to increase the open area, framing plans, vertical/horizontal expansions, solve sagging floors, or just size a beam that allows for column free space. Decks, Additions, Foundations, Garages, Office and Retail type projects accepted.
