Andy and Jake are prompt, do excellent work, clean up afterward and all for a very reasonable price. These are my go-to guys for furnace and AC work.

We are moving. We have an older furnace that works well. No issues. The family who is buying our home requested (their inspector actually did) that we have a HVAC company clean & service our furnace as part of the closing. I was quite scared after I spent an hour reading the reviews of other HVAC companies in the Douglas County area. It seems like every company gouges the prices to unsuspecting customers. I did my homework, researched furnace inspections, made sure I knew the proper terminology, etc. The majority of the companies out there had multiple bad reviews for price gouging. Avalanche Home Systems and Service, LLC had good reviews. We called them. Andy(the owner) and his son & apprentice Jacob came out today. They did the cleaning which cost $89.00 - They were very thorough. He even saved me money by giving me a few tips here and there where as other "professionals" would have charged for their advice. There was a visible crack in the blower in the induced draft blower housing. He showed me the crack. He called and got a price on the blower/housing. I asked him to order the part. He ordered the part, went and did another job in Highlands Ranch, and was back at our house 3 hours later with the part in-hand. Easy, nice, courteous, AND Andy is as honest as they come. At times it seems like there is no way out from bad customer service and getting gouged by repairmen. Take my word for it...Andy from Avalanche Home Systems can be trusted. I am a DIYer. I only call a pro if I have to. If you are frugal, don't want to waste extra money, and want to be sure you are working with a trustworthy individual, call Andy at Avalanche!

Andy was awesome. I called him thinking I needed to replace my whole house humidifier . Instead he took a look at everything and told me at most what I would need to repair. He was able to come out and give me an estimate within 30 minutes of my call. He was honest and wasn't worried about selling me something I didn't need. I will be using them for all my Furnace needs.

I was impressed with the quick response time to clean our gutters. The price was reasonable, and I will contact this company again for future projects.

Very friendly, took the time to explain what was going on and talk to us about the options. Price was beyond reasonable, and Andy made a special effort to get our AC working quickly. At 7 months pregnant AC is not something I could live without. :)

Andy and John are fine young men. They came with temps -10 degrees, fixed several problems, drove across town to replace a thermostat which was under warranty, and throughout were polite, efficient, careful, reasonably priced and a pleasure to have in our home. This was the best home HVAC service I've ever had.. Hire them!

This company was fantastic! Our furnace "seemed" fixed by another company. They didn't respond to our calls when the furnace still didn't work! ! So we called Avalanche. They were out in a flash. Because of the holiday (New Years), they couldnt get the part we wanted. They even offered to loan us heaters. Next day after the holiday, they were here at 8 am to fix the furnace! They got the part and promptly fixed the furnace. All companies should be like them! Great customer service, prompt action! Thank you Avalanche! I would recommend them to anyone!

Andy and Jon were friendly, respectful, and informative in helping us with our furnace issues. They are very honest and sincerely care about their customers. I would highly recommend them if you have any HVAC issues.

THe members of Avalanche Home Systems & Service were prompt, professional, and Kind. Since we lived in Castle Rock no service charge was applied. They were very clean. I am calling them back to clean my furnace!!

Although we hired Avalanche for gutter cleaning, they also most kindly helped hang up our outdoor Xmas lights and did an outstanding job. We greatly recommend them as superb Xmas light decorators and hope they will be around to hang our lights next year!
