Gas Heating and Furnace Service

After installation, our furnace didn't work. We repeatedly had to call to get service technicians out to repair our new furnace. This took more than a week and 6-7 visits. We were EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED with our service. We had to make several phone calls to get anyone to respond. The �boss� was very condescending to my son, who lives in the house. We were also promised a $50 charge back by our sales representative because of our poor service which NEVER happened. I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!

The work was good, and they were prompt. Two minor complaints: 1) They advertised "12 months same as cash Financing," and then proceeded to charge a 7ee for arranging the same. (Apparently, they don't get the "same as cash" bit.) 2) They left debris strewn around our yard, and clogged up a bathroom drain with fiberglass from the worksite.

Although he was 20 minutes late, he did call and advise me of that. Once he arrived, he quickly diagnosed that the a/c unit simply needed freon and new filters, and did not need replacing like I expected. total cost was $280, versus the $2-4K I was expecting to spend. Unit works awesome now!

They were very professional and took the time to fully investigate my A/C needs before giving an estimate. Though the initial communication was a bit slow by email, it got better by telephone and the install went smoothly. We are very pleased.

They did nothing more than wash my filters and called that a service. That did not solve the problem and when I called their office to complaint they said well if problem re occurs call us and we will take care of it for free. Why do I have to call twice when they could of fixed it the first time. LAZY CONTRACTOR.

Both David & Texey are very professional. The Asian fellow was also very congenial. His name slips my mind. He came out initially to check the furnace and sold us the unit. You may not want to use the line that your rheum furnace is the best buy. I check, after the fact, and I can find a better buy. Thanks for your prompt service.
