Avalon Maintenance, LLC

Rick Grimm and his crew were bright, friendly and wanting to work to complete the job in a quality fashion. The were very knowledgeable of the problem of finding, repairing and or replacement and installation of water main piping and had much practical experience with water main problems. They were expert at operation of their track hoe. I would recommend them highly for most any underground piping issue.

After research, talking to neighbors and a few quotes, I went with A Handy Man Can. And very happy I did. I received a great description of what I needed and how it was going to be done. Along with a very competitive cost. I saved alot of $$$ with this repair. I was led to believe the repair was going to be much more extensive that it needed to be. I would recommend A Handy Man Can to everyone with a sewer problem.

Rick was very accommodating and friendly. He was able to come out with short notice. We were fighting the clock with the sun going down and he was able to get the job completed in the nick of time, which included having to make a run to go get more parts. I appreciated his hard work, reliability and prompt response to my inquiry... and he worked on a Saturday!

Rick is a very affable guy, easy to work with, and totally understood the nature of my problem. Had a yard hydrant that was leaking underground to the tune of 3-4 gpm. He and his crew came out the same day. From start to finish (had to excavate down to 5 ft), the whole job took about an hour and a half. They were all courteous and got right to work. They did have a job to finish up before mine, and were running about an hour behind, but had called me in plenty of time to let me know. I would definitely hire them again if needed, and I certainly recommend them to someone looking for a job well done at a reasonable price.

We ended up going a little bit over the original estimate, but still, Rick was good to work with, and the guys worked hard to finish on a tight deadline before my closing. Thanks!
