    I got excellent customer service and installation was included. Lari explained clearly about what the products are available and the quality of these products compared with other companies out there. They gave me a delivery date that was right on time. The shutter installer was very experienced with the installation and they were shipped and packaged with care. After seeing how beautiful they were in my home I ordered the remaining rooms in my home that still needed window coverings. I highly recommend this company and the shutters are made in the USA.

    Very professional and personable people, from measuring to installation. I've wanted plantation shutters my whole life, and of all the shutter companies represented by the big box store I first heard of them, they came the most highly recommended by the sales associate at that store. I can see why. My place looks amazing and much more desirable now!

    The shutters themselves are very well-made and are perfect fitting and beautiful. Every work phase with this Company went along extremely well as per the contract. Everyone at Avalon was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly/patient. They kept me advised throughout the waiting time, and even beat my expectations for timely completion. Excellent service.

    We had a great experience with hiring Avalon Shutters, Inc. to install window shutters to our new house. Joe did excellent measurements and was knowledgeable regarding the best options for our windows. Lazaro and Josh came in and installed the shutters; they were professional, hard working, and left our place looking fabulous. I would definitely recommend them to others!

    I ordered one 32 x 60 and two 62 x 60 for two windows. Cost $1032.85 and took two months. They came with white dust all over the shutters and the surface of the shutters are rough. And it looks like a quick paint job. But they look very nice.

    Avalon Shutters has one of the best finishes in the industry; we can only assume what was seen was some type of dust from packing, because anything other than a "pristine" finish would be a warranty issue, which we would have addressed immediately. We are proud of our "Furniture Grade" finish and we would hope if a customer receive anything less, that they would contact us immediately... Thanks for the order we hope to hear from you again..
