These ladies were fast and efficient! Every thing they touched is clean. This is not an easy house to clean. High ceilings, rough wood surfaces, lots and lots of wood. I plan to see these ladies once every 2 weeks.

I can not express in words how pleased I was with Holly and her crew’s service! Let me start by saying she is so quick with her response and willing to work with my schedule. We’re moving into our home this weekend and I simply did not have the time to clean from top to bottom. As cheesy as this sounds thank god I found Holly. Being a clean freak myself she has absolutely outdone herself. I came in to check once everything was finished and it really was all done top to bottom. I will recommend Holly and her team to anyone and anytime. She’s reasonably priced. Explains what she will do. And really gets the work done. We’re so pleased with the outcome. Thank you Holly !!

I talked with Holly several times before we finally set up a time for her to come (my fault, not hers). I explained that my house was plenty dirty and a mess. She told me she would take care of everything and not to worry. When I cam home I was expecting to smell a clean house. There was no way she was there for 4 hours -- even if she had a helper and was there for only two hours, you could tell it was a rush job. I was totally disappointed in mostly what she had done. I know my house was dirty and I told her so. Afterwards I felt scammed. It was a lot of money, that I normally don';t have, to pay for a clean house.

"your home was the filthiest place we have ever tried to clean! i have pictures of the home and if you had small children, i would have been forced to call the authorities! the smell alone of cat feces and urine sent one of my workers to throwing up! i had to send her to the car! i dont think the home had ever been cleaned!!!"

I spoke to multiple services, but chose Holly because she was really nice and seemed professional(I canceled another bidder). She quoted me a price, then changed it after she started working. She rushed through job because she had somewhere else to go. Also, didn't fully clean the bathroom on the 2nd floor. Was told "forgot her Magic Eraser'. Should have been a discount for that alone. Holly was nice but seemed uninterested in doing quality work due to her needing to rush through the cleaning. I wish I would have received the same service as the other people that submitted reviews.

"i am sorry you were not completely happy! the house was substantially bigger than what we had discussed. the condition of the home was horrible! the tub had never been cleaned... we can only do so much and spend so much time on a project. it is important that clients are upfront about the condition of the home."

I paid for a deep clean. For the most part, they cleaned most everything. I needed the fronts and back of my doors in my house and they were not as clean as I would have expected. Even though they cleaned the floors, they are not completely clean. My bathroom floors have grout and they were not clean. My hard wood floors were streaky. They felt clean but not completely. They did an excellent job on my kitchen cabinets. I had residue from work done in my basement so I did have a mess upstairs. Which I why I asked for a deep clean. I think another hour might have changed the outcome. It was a mother and her two daughters and I think the girls did better.

Very professional. Accommodated my request on short notice. It was awesome to come home to a clean house. Have set up on a regular bi-weekly cleaning. Highly recommend. Holly is wonderful to work with.

What they cleaned, they cleaned well. However, they missed several places (doors, closet floors/baseboards).

So disappointed. The initial cleaning - the extremely thorough one - was not good. And no wonder - instead of being there all day, it was only 3 hours. I felt cheated. I would never ever have these ladies back to my house.

Floors and windows were not cleaned to my satisfaction. There was still dirt on the floor near baseboards and windows were streaked.
