Avant-Garde Construction Enterprise is a family-owned Bay Area general contractor specializing in seismic retrofits, foundation repair and replacement, crawl-space work, and drainage solutions for older homes and small multifamily buildings. We are licensed, insured, and have completed thousands of structural and seismic projects throughout the Bay Area. We begin with a thorough evaluation, not a quick "free estimate." A typical visit includes a complete crawl-space inspection, to-scale sketches, photos, and a detailed written report with clear recommendations, itemized options, and pricing. We can coordinate structural engineering, permitting, construction, and finish work, providing a single point of contact from start to finish. Our services include brace-and-bolt retrofits, soft-story upgrades, foundation stabilization and replacement, drainage and moisture control, and correction of defective prior retrofit work.
