The team at Avantix Design and Build remodeled my powder room (half bath) and I had a great experience working with them. Eduardo and him team were excellent and I am very happy with the remodel. Right from the beginning, I was impressed with their punctuality. Eduardo showed up for the initial appointment on time, followed through on providing me an estimate the very same day, and always kept me in the loop on the status. He gave me a very fair and a reasonable estimate on the remodel, made good recommendations on where I could choose tiles and other hardware from, and overall made the whole experience very pleasant. His team was very professional and would come on time to begin the work. All of them wore masks throughout the time they were in house which made us feel comfortable during the pandemic situation. I would highly recommend Avantix Design and Build and I do plan on using them for my future home improvement projects.

I'd like to give a big shout out to Eduardo who renovated my entire house. I couldn't be more pleased with his and his teams work. They were all very professional, courteous, efficient, and patient. When I asked questions or need advice/suggestions, they were all honest and gave reasonable prices. We have completed part one of a 2 part renovation. We are extremely happy with Eduardo and his team. As someone who has dealt with multiple renovations in the past, I am particularly happy that he had his team at our house working every day. So often contractors will pull their workers to finish up another job which I find incredibly frustrating. I can't recommend Avantix highly enough!

Bathroom Remodel
Rude temperamental crew rarely arrived on time, had long lunch, and left home dirty each day. The bathroom looks ok but does not know if it will hold up over time. Largely unsupervised, often no one there speaking much English. The owner finally acknowledged their shortcomings after a much-heated argument. Gave a healthy refund on a project to us which was appreciated but even after he spoke to the crew, his attitude and work ethic remained unchanged. I would rather pay the original price and skip the dirt and the drama. The owner would tell you one thing and when seeing him again would forget what was said.
