I would recommend Aventus Group to anyone looking for a contractor that provides professionalism, top notch customer service, and attention to detail. Aventus Group did a beautiful job on my bathroom and I couldnâ t be happier! My entire bathroom was gutted and transformed in only 8 days. They totally saw my vision and made it a reality. Itâ s just beautiful! Also, Aventus group hauled away everything from my old bathroom and cleaned up every night after they were finished working. Thank you, Mario, Jorge, Javier, Alex, Ryan and Reggie for everything and making my first renovation experience a great one!!!

The Aventus Group renovated 2 bathrooms at my house. I called them when another contractor I hired didn't show up for the project, and Aventus started the next week. They were professional, friendly and hard working. The quality of work was excellent. I already have plans for them to do two more bathrooms and have referred Aventus to several friends. I look forward to working with the team again in the spring.

My deposit was taken a full 5 months before the work began. During this time I was given a mans name (BL) at ProSource to help me select my materials to be used on the job. He was very irresponsible in returning my calls and never bothered to look for OR order the materials I selected. Then he blatantly lied to me about the materials all being on backorder with the vendor. I had to contact Aventus about his irresponsible actions. They fired him and connected me with another person within the company. He caused the project to get rescheduled repeatedly. The communication between Aventus and the materials guy and then with me was ridiculous at times. I was left upset, frustrated, or plain angry. The guys that worked on the project either spoke no English or had a difficult time understanding me. However, they did a good job for the most part. There were only a few visits to check on their work by management though. The job supervisor loved to argue with me like I was stupid but in the end, he did one of the biggest parts of the job and did as good of a job as he could. I was told the job would take 3-4 weeks to complete but it took almost 2 months and again, no thanks to the original materials guy and communication. One of the owners did a last **walk-through** with me and I pointed out some pretty bad workmanship. He offered to make things right but honestly, I did not want them in my home again. They had already been back a few times to fix things they missed. In the end, I deducted (with the approval of the owner) money from the balance due. This was my first time working with an in-home contractor. I do like my new bathroom.

We have improved working with our vendors to ensure communication is top-notch. Sometimes it's out of our control when it comes to the material since Covid a lot of companies have been backed up with material. My team is very professional and is the best in their craft, all of my team members speak English and were trying their best to make you happy. I have hired a company to teach them English so they can have better communication skills with future homeowners. My project manager was not arguing with you Kay, he was fixing the change orders that were created after the job was started. Jobs your size typically take between 3-4 weeks but when we have change orders like yours the jobs take longer. That is why we advise if any change is made after the project has been started it can take longer and you were okay with that. You told us you "wanted the bathroom that you wanted and did not care how much or how long it took for the change orders." We were pleased to help you of course. On the last walkthrough we did, we, of course, aim to please every customer and we understand we're not perfect but we respect every homeowner opinion. I wanted to make sure you were happy with the end work and offered to touch up what needed to be done, I did offer you a credit for your remaining balance and was happy to give you more when you requested it. The Aventus team did a great job and worked quickly and efficiently. The team was kind, timely, and did quality work. I received quotes and met with over 5 contractors to complete a master bathroom remodel and the clear winner was Aventus because of the feeling I got when meeting with the team, combined with their quote and methodology for getting the work done. The work was great!! But more than that, not only were they wonderful and easy to work with, but they were SO careful and meticulous about making sure the floors and everything that could get in the way, was covered and properly protected. We definitely will be using again in the future.

This company is top notch! We were not scheduled for the remodel until August, but since all of our material was in, Reggie was able to get us scheduled sooner. The entire project only took them a few days. The team who did the work was amazing and even though the language barrier was a â minorâ issue, we worked it all out. Enrique and his wife are awesome people. Hire this company for any job big or small. Thank you!!

We will definitely hire Aventus again. They were able to squeeze our project in their schedule even though they were extremely busy. They finished the work in a very timely manner, my wife and I were completely overjoyed with the final project. On another note their customer service (Reggie) was EXCELLENT. She communicated with me at every step of the project, making sure there were as little surprises as possible. The quality of their work was excellent but the customer service was even better.

Hired Aventus for a complete bathroom remodel as well as new flooring in our hallway & foyer. Very professional, polite & extremely responsive as we were working through the quote process. They were not the cheapest, but they were more reasonable than several other companies/people we talked to. Overall, happy with most of the work. I would recommend that you truly, truly think through every step of your remodel project and ensure it’s covered in their quote. There were things that were not included in the original quote that I thought would have been. Because some of these things were not part of the original quote, it caused us to go over budget. That may be my error too - I hadn’t done a big job like that before. For example, this was a complete gut job on the bathroom. I naturally assumed that repainting the new drywall would have been included in the quote. But it was not, and we didn’t find that out until late in the project & had to add it on a la carte. Again, I’ll chalk that up to my inexperience, but just wanted to call it out to make sure you have every single thing covered. The guys who did the work were great. Very polite, extremely hard working, showed up every day on time, always cleaned up thoroughly & they did nice work! We will definitely work with Aventus Group again.

Mario and Jorge have a great team. We are thrilled with our new master bath! Like many remodels, ours came with some unexpected challenges and they addressed each one in a timely and creative manner. The team was always courteous and professional -and their recommendations for wall and grout colors saved us from making huge mistakes with our own selections! Because of their experience in bathroom remodels, we trusted their guidance and are so glad we did. Most amazing was Mario- you will never find a contractor more true to his word. Would give 6/5 on customer service if possible. The crews showed up on time, and stayed late to get the project wrapped up quickly. Mario and Jorge are a dynamic duo that are focused on getting the job done, and keeping their customers happy. Even with some changes mid-project, they were flexible to get it done right.

I am one "happy camper" with my "new" kitchen. Quality work completed in a reasonable amount of time for a reasonable price. Nothing was rushed, in fact they went above & beyond what was expected of them. As an example, the sink we chose didn't come with the amount of support clips to properly support the sink. The gentleman doing the work recognized this & he added brackets to remedy that. There were a few things that took more work than originally anticipated & he did the work without complaint. We are looking forward to future projects around the house. We will definitely be obtaining a quote from this contractor for the next project. Highly recommend The Aventus Group for your home projects. Quality work is hard to come by these days. We had 2 other contractors do flooring work & both of the other contractors had to come back to fix our flooring & it's still not "right". Boards are separating leaving cracks between them, some boards are sinking (they claimed to have leveled the floor & charged us $1K for doing so) Going into this project, we were concerned about the quality of work but our fears were quickly put to rest. (I'm a bit of a perfectionist too) Highly, highly recommend The Aventis Group LLC for your remodeling/construction projects.

The Aventus Group installed 3 rooms of luxury vinyl planking in our home. They did a fabulous job. We even had a very tricky transition from one room into another which included our pocket doors. They figured out the best way to handle the problem. We would definitely recommend them.

You can now end your search! I was very nervous trying to hire a pro to do our flooring and remodeling our bathrooms...but as soon as we met Mario and Jorge I felt a sense of calm and knew that we will be hiring them. Their team was always on time and always cleaned up after they were done. Mario and Jorge were upfront and honest with us. They made sure we knew what to expect...which is a big deal when it comes to jobs like this. We are very lucky to have met these amazing people. The floors look impeccable. Iâ m sooooooo happy right now... I spent so much time searching and dealing with contractors that basically were generally untrustworthy and expensive. THESE GUYS ARE AWESOME!!!! My floors look out-freaking-tastic!!!! They work, quick, long and put a capital P in professionalism. And the customer service is EPIC!!! Iâ ve been referring these guys to everyone and will continue doing this because its been well worth it. If your looking to do some remodeling work of any sort in your home, I HIGHLY recommend you call these guys FIRST! Save yourself a headache!

Several weeks after having Luxury Vinyl Plank installed in our family room by Aventus, I noticed a minor problem--a small area of caulking between the floor and baseboard was separating. I called Mario and he immediately said they would be out to fix the problem and they did, cheerfully and effectively. Very impressed with Aventus' high quality work and outstanding customer service.
