Avero Appliance Repair & Install

The new icemaker he installed ($600 part and labor) does not work. He came and got it going again but it stopped again. I got a different repair company to look at it and they told me it was a faulty icemaker. I have contacted Averos guy twice since then and he will not call me back. I guess I am stuck and so I am posting this review to make sure others do not get stuck. He was nice and polite hence the 3 stars for customer service, but did not seem to know what he was doing and would not give me any information on the new part, left me nothing on it, no receipt, warranty, box, anything. I think it was refurbished. Will not use this co. again.

They were absolutely great! Our technician was very nice.

Avero Appliance Repair got the job done. Richard had to check the internet and call a specialist to decide what parts to replace on our 10-year old refrigerator. He got it running again and the cost was well worth it.

Richard Crew is well experienced in refrigeration. He took the time to explain the issue we had, and what he would do to correct. I would recommend him.

He had to do a lot of trouble shooting but he stayed with it until he found the problem. I would highly recommend this company. The price was very reasonable for the time it took him for the repair.

Richard was awesome! He was professional and meticulous with his repairs. He fixed my dryer, dishwasher, microwave, and even did some electrical work for me. He also cleaned out my dryer vent and repaired the plug on an antique bar. I will definitely use his services again! Thanks!!

Very nice guy, did great work and so far my dryer once again works very well. Price could perhaps be a but more competative, but it was still reasonable and worthwhile.

Richard installed a window air conditioned for me. He did a great job at a very reasonable rate.
