This company walked away from our project taking large amounts of money for very little work. Now we are getting notices that suppliers have not been paid and possible liens are coming. Work area was left in a complete mess to while we were away. Do not hire!!

Beware--don't do business with them. At the beginning, we believed in them. Then, something changed and they backed out of our project and we are trying to get our deposit back.

They are very knowledgeable of the permitting process as well as planning, budgeting, and building codes. They communicate very well and regularly on everything going on and they give realistic and truthful answers to questions. Everyone that works for the company and the subcontractors they hired are all very friendly. Work was finished within the budget that was set and in a timely manner. Would highly recommend them for any contractor needs.

Started off very well. Than stopped working and held the job hostage asking for 25% more for signed contract. There is poor quality and poor management . Do not use.
