When an unexpected issue came up, we reached out for help and Daniel responded quickly. He was professional, patient, and willing to work with us to find a solution. Having someone who could communicate directly with us made the whole process much smoother. He helped get the situation under control the same day, and we really appreciated it.

We had them put in new heat pump and electric heater. They were prompt. Educated us. And got us in on Sunday for install. Will recommend. Also left portable AC units nobody else offered.

Had our unit go out. It was beyond 20 years old. Another company doagnosised it but they were too expensive. We had Daniel come and our system was replaced for a fraction of the cost. Actually we got a better unit. And other people were trying to sell us low tier systems for more.

Our AC broke this summer in August, aviator found a problem in leaking condensor coil. It was 7 years old with freon that wasn't too old so they ordered a coil and put it in for us.

Heat went out because the system installed by another company couldn't handle the size of the house. It was around 30° outside and 50° degrees inside. They came out next day, got the unit and replaced it on a Sunday.

My 25 year old system broke. Aviator came fast. Replaced our old furnace & AC provided a 10 year warranty. And replaced our new return filter grille in hallway. I preferred a local & family owned business that I could rely on and aviator was the best fit.

Installed new central air conditioning system in Portland. They did a great job. Wanted a local and family owned business and Aviator was the best fit. They registered my equipment for warranty and provided a next years maintenance to come check up and maintain the system.

contractor presented me with 4 quotes to repair outside AC unit (1239 - 5500). I chose what I could afford (1239). contractor said he completed the work but would not disclose what he fixed. But then insisted that I sign for additional 5000 to replace furnace. I kept asking for clarification and he kept getting angry and pressuring me to sign for additional 5000 and said if I did not, it would be 7000-10000 next week. I felt conned. He still will not provide receipts of service for the 1239 and when I attempt to cancel the 5000 upcoming work he threatened me with collections and "theft of service". I have contacted police because of his pressure. I am also asking him to retrieve his equipment from my property and he doesnt reply except to threaten me with restocking fees and collections and balances due
