They came with a positive attitude, but that is where the good stopped. They promised a quick turnaround. But took over 6 months to finish the project. I had to pay extra out of pocket for the last two deliveries of materials because the lumber yard canceled their credit line for no payment. After all the chaos and drama it was finished. I did question the way it was built but he said that he guarantees it would handle the snow load we have here. Unfortunately exactly 1 year later and with 1 foot of snow, the whole roof collapsed. When I tried to contact him, he would never reply to my text, email, phone calls (phone disconnected), or messages on Facebook. Found out that he has been taken to court before taking advantage of people in Vail Colorado. He has moved to Hawaii, I am guessing he took the money and ran, and was in hiding. All in all bad customer service and support. Would not recommend them, EVER.

Nick came by our home on a Saturday, provided an immediate quote and had our roof replaced by mid week (thanks to the fact he had a crew in the area finishing up another job!). His crew took the steps to protect the surrounding area, removed the old roof, replaced the new shingles and cleaned everything up in under a day and a half. Nick, thank you for your promptness and professionalism!
