good unexpected price increase I was to quick to accept should have negotiated

I had a signed contract with them, they walked out on my contract. I had 3 jobs under one contract, his workers walked out of job on first one until they I paided them more than the contract price, the second job they never finished after I paid them. The third job they flat out refused to do for my contract price. Now they have walked away from contract and will not speak to me. I have gone to BBB and they refuse to talk to them too.

I am very happy with the results of the exterior painting of my house. It is an old house that was in dire need of a new look. The crew of Alpha Contracting, unlike other contractors I spoke with, was willing to tackle the multi-paned windows of my front porch and it looks great! The communication regarding details was excellent . The weather challenged their schedule, but they persisted and the job is successfully completed. Thank you!

John Macedo and his team did an excellent job remodeling our deck. It was done in the amount of time that was estimated and the area was thoroughly cleaned when the project was completed as had been promised. They were very professional and wore masks whenever we interacted. The customer service was also very responsive. Helton and his team made sure that we were informed during the entire process. We are extremely happy with our new deck and would definitely recommend Alpha Contracting to anyone who is seeking a reputable home improvement company in the southern New Hampshire area.

there appeared to be a miscommunication between the owner and the workers. about what was to be done. They had to return to complete the project after I pointed out what was had to be done that wasn't done.
