AVITtek Smart Homes is the only call you need to make for all of your Smart Home and A/V needs. Al and his team did an excellent job from the initial design to completion. They installed a multi-room system including a surround-sound A/V system, outdoor speakers, Control4 automation, and installed multiple wireless access points throughout the house. They made sure that everything was programmed perfectly and that I fully understood how to control the system. Besides doing an excellent job, Al is also a pleasure to work with.

Albert showed up to my house and he was very attentive, he listened to my needs and he prepared an estimate based on everything we spoke about. We recently purchased a new house and our pipe dream was to make it smart, make it technologically advanced, and make every aspect streamlined and interconnected. We were completely clueless however with how to go about this, and what was involved in the process. Initially we had a in home-consultation with Best Buy/Magnolia, the experience of which was sub-par at best. They piece milled the project plan together, which did not have a clear concept for conception, nor did they provide access to a team that had the expertise to complete the project from start to end. As we felt uninformed, and honestly confused about this initial project plan we decided to go back to the drawing board and put the project on hold. That was until a co-worker gave me Alberts number. From the start we knew we were in great hands. Albert took the time to thoroughly plan out a scope of work, and was extremely accessible during the entire process. He was always available to answer any questions, and was extremely knowledgeable about all of the technology we were inquiring about (Lutron lights, Sonos, TVâ  s, Nest/Ring door bells, door key pads, AC control and more). Our complete satisfaction was his number one priory and that we evident from the very first time we talked. His team included the personnel required to get all of the work done (electrical, light switch changes, wire running through concrete, control room set up with Ethernet connection availability, programming, and so much more). This was the exact approach we hoped for as we were able to just leave it up to the experts. The team went above and beyond in our house to make sure every piece of technology implemented was seamless, and also spent the time to ensure that we were trained/set up on our phones to use all of the items that we added to the house. I would highly recommend them to anyone, and will in fact be using them again for all future projects. We absolutely love the outcome and it is working flawlessly!

Albert was very efficient, worked very quickly, got the system set up and running in 1 day, trained the use and made some minor teaks the next morning. Albert communicated with me very well, something that is hard to obtain these days from service companies. Everything worked as we had discussed. Control 4 home automation system is very easy to use.

Albert responded right away with a proposal. It was very detailed and included a lot of info. His followup is outstanding. We chose Albert although he was not the least expensive since service, attitude and communication are very important to us. We installed a whole new system with a Smart TV and are not technologically inclined. His patience is never ending and he really enjoys the journey. We would HIGHLY recommend him!

Albert is extremely knowledgeable and competent with nearly 20 years of experience. He programmed 2 smart TVs, surround sound, 2 Sonus groupings, our Harmony hub and remote (which is much more than a remote), registered and updated all our device software and integrated the entire system -- in the way you would read about in the Sunday magazine, including our phones and iPads. He did it within budget and on time and it all worked the first time (and after). Albert is not the first person to service our tech needs, but he is clearly the best (and least expensive, ironically).

Mr. Mandela was very thorough with his explanation of the issues with audio and video system. He was very clear and detailed. He spoke non trade language so it was easy to understand him. He was on time for the appts and even when he was delayed with prior appts, he would call me that he would be delayed few minutes. He was very patient in answering questions and responding to his explanations. Pricing was very fair!

Albert loves what he does and it shows. Very reliable, knows what he does, and he will save no effort to fo the extra mile.

Albert did a great job of hanging my 46" tv on the stone fireplace. He found a way around the challenges, and hung it exactly the way I wanted it. The price was fair, too. Albert was an excellent choice for this job, and I highly recommend him.
