One Time Interior House Cleaning
I hired this service to clean a house I was about to move into. 3 people cam and cleaned for 5 hours but the work was not thorough. They didn't vacuum and mop all of the rooms. They did a quick wipe down of the kitchen and didn't clean the fridge. They didn't clean out cabinets which they were instructed to do. I called the company afterwards to complain and they told me that they would get another crew out but they never did and then didn't return my calls. Very poor service, do Not hire them!

"The customers Husband directed the crew as to what to do and where.There were contractors working while we were cleaning. The house had been shuttered for several years and needed more than the hours they allowed. We needed much more than the 18 Hours we put in. I informed the customer but they did not want to put in more time. The outcome would have been better if we were given the time need to do the complete service and the contractor project were done before the cleaning. We did respond and told them and explaind that we needed more time to clean the house after the contracts were done."

avvatar 5++! I'm soo glad I choose Avvatar. From the start Avvatar's customer service was very responsive. Nikki emailed and explained all services to me. owner/ manager Frank, emailed any questions Nikki could not answer. frank is very knoledgeable. Everything went as they promised. window washer arrived early today and finished just as the home cleaner started. The cleaner worked hard and left the house sparkling. the carpets and upholsery were cleaned as well. thought it would be an ordeal. They are worth every penny! They just emailed me after the services to assure I was satisfied! Avvatar made this day easy for me. Thank You AVVATAR!

Frank (owner) and Grace (receptionist) were incredibly helpful and friendly. They even called me back to offer specific tips for questions I had asked. They were honest and know their stuff. Edwin (the person who came to clean our love seat) was equally as knowledgeable and helpful. Their service is excellent and their cleaning solution was also non-toxic and citrus based, which is important to me. Thanks, Avvatar! Glad I found you.

One Time Interior House Cleaning
When I hired Avvatar I told them I had 2 large dogs and even told them the breeds so that there wouldn't be any surprises.I requested someone that wasn't going to be afraid.The woman that came at 10:00 am didn't know about the dogs and was petrified.Avvatar then said someone else would be at my house between 1:30 and 2:00.At 1:30 I received a phone call saying she was running late. At 2:30 I was told she went to get something to eat.She finally arrived at 3:45 and stayed until 10:25.I had to give her dinner.She came with one dirty cloth and she used my supplies.I then received a phone call 2 weeks afterwards that Avvatar was charging me more$

"Sorry, we should have asked more question. The dogs were extremely large. They were on top of our home cleaner whom is usually accustomed to working with dogs. In all the customer received over 8 hours of services for the cost of 4 hours."

We hired this company to perform tri-weekly house cleaning. The initial cleaning when I was present was okay but the first unattended cleaning was HORRIBLE. We walked into appliances that were dirtier than what we left them, a kitchen floor that still had oil splatter stains and didn't appear or feel like it was mopped, and the laziest of all, someone who dusted around everything instead of picking things up to clean properly. On top of all this we get a call from the office stating they don't accept personal checks made out to their business name, only cash or checks written out directly to the owner! This is insane! NEVER AGAIN!

"The first cleaning went well. Daniel and his wife were very Happy with services They apparently had a party, their home needed much much more time than the time allotted. The same cleaner did both jobs. Our Policy for over 10 years is since we accept only cash from residential customers."

The customer service representative I spoke with was very helpful and kept me very informed. Thank you Graciella. There were no hidden fees are charges. The cleaning job was alright. Overall the house looked clean but they were not very through when looking at details.

One Time Interior House Cleaning
Although I explained that the empty apartment was a move out-move in and needed a thorough cleaning and I was slotted for 4 hour time -- the 2 women who came to clean left after 2-1/2 hours at which time I called their office and had them come back because there was grease on my kitchen cabinets, etc. They did some quick cleaning (15 minutes worth) and left. After I went up to check out the entire apartment, I realized that I had just paid for a cleaning I now had to do myself -- I'm still waiting for this office mgr to call me back as I was told by Graziella who answers the phone! Never again nor would I recommend them -- truly bad exp!

Although they've done most of the cleaning area as we requested and they did a good job, but they left earlier. We wish we didn't have to spend 4 hours basic rate for only 3 hours work.

I was moving out of my old apartment and needed to do a thorough cleaning, including shampooing the carpeting. First the cleaning woman arrived, followed later by the carpet cleaners. All of them were very thorough and pleasant, as was Mary in the office. I would definitely recommend them.

I have white carpet, 5 children and a clumsy husband...need I say more? Frank did an amazing job restoring the bright white from a gloomy gray. Great job Frank! We'll be calling again.
