Cory was great, initially with both communication and getting the work done (March/April 2025). I paid him a pretty penny, and he said he would come back in the fall for a furnace check before winter. When he finished in April, about 2 days later one of the ducts going to the upstairs disconnected, fell and broke (summer was coming so I didnt worry to much). I did contact him right away though. He didn't come back until October 2025, took a look at what needed to be replaced, said he was going to pick up parts and I never saw him or heard from him again, despite my efforts of emails, text and phone calls. I even posted to the facebook site for the town he lives in and NOTHING. (I even had others contact me about their lack of communication and service from him). Ended up buying the parts and fixing it myself with the help of my son. I did message him saying I fixed it and still nothing. Sadly, I will not recommend him to anyone.

He could not even clean our vents because he could not access them in the attic. He did clean the dryer vent and AC unit and looked at our furnace. He said he would order a part for it and come back to install it, but we never heard from him again. We would NEVER recommend him to anyone.

Technician is personable, friendly. He is very knowledgeable and has corrected several issues that were not originally constructed in an efficient manner. He is open to answer questions about the new and more efficient system. Will be calling on him again for further repairs to HVac System in the future. Highly recommend.
