Amazing response to offer disaster relief in the wake of Hurricane Helene. Justin at Award Roofing is honest and provided clear communication, including images, to provide to our insurance adjuster and insurance company. He promptly put up emergency tarps at a more than fair value to protect us from further damage. Justin helped us to feel safe and secure in an incredibly stressful time.

Award Roofing responded quickly to my request for assistance tarping my roof after Hurricane Helene. Justin scheduled the tarping and explained the process in detail. He worked with my insurance adjuster to get the charge approved. He used quality modern materials to cover and protect- not the old fashioned plastic tarps. He listened to my concerns and provided me information resources for all steps of my roof replacement, even though his company is not replacing it. I cannot recommend Justin and Award Roofing enough.

Justin, the owner of Award roofing went above and beyond to help me out of a difficult situation with my HOA!! With a deadline to replace shingles within 3 weeks or face large fines; Justin came out, listened to my situation, and quickly got a very affordable estimate to meâ as an autism teacher affordability was very important. He was not only knowledgeable and personable but made sure he KEPT A SPOT OPEN on his schedule for once I got approval from the HOA. I got approved a week later, he and his crew were out the following Monday! BECAUSE of Award Roofing I was able to get my new roof by the deadline and avoid astronomical fines and fees from my HOA. Wow! What service!! I highly recommend working with Justin and his team at Award Roofing!

Award Roofing was highly rated by a neighbor who said they did good work, and were highly responsive and dependable. They also offered a better warranty compared to other roofers we contacted. Justin was very professional dependable, and very easy to work with.. He clearly described various options for the work to be done and gave good answers to all questions. (I also discovered that he had installed the roof on the home of a contractor who had done some very high quality work for us in the past.) Although Award Roofing was a bit more expensive than the other roofers we chose them because of their warranty, Justin's professionalism, and the strong recommendation from our neighbor.

As a local business owner, I hire and use lots of other businesses to help care for my building and my dental practice. Justin is hands down one of the best hires I’ve had. So professional and timely…and when there was a continued issue he came right back out and fixed it no questions asked. He even used his own paint to make the old fan pipes look new again. This company could also be called "Above and Beyond." We cannot adequately express how pleased we are with our new roof from beginning to end. Our first call into the company (after trying locally with no success) was responded to immediately! Justin, one of the owners came to our house the next day to assess our situation. We had some leaks. That very same day Justin made temporary repairs until a new roof could be put on. The roof repair was delayed because of Covid-19. The crew that came out was punctual, respectful, and professional. Let me add this company does NOT put shingles on top of the old shingles which is a PLUS. They had to replace some plywood that was rotten where the leak was coming through. The company redid some areas around the chimney which were not done correctly on the initial installation. Everything is done with an excellence! They do provided service outside of their immediate area which was our case. We are so blessed that the LORD led us to this awesome company to handle our situation. Award Roofing lives up to its name and deserves 5** and more rating.
