Amazing response to offer disaster relief in the wake of Hurricane Helene. Justin at Award Roofing is honest and provided clear communication, including images, to provide to our insurance adjuster and insurance company. He promptly put up emergency tarps at a more than fair value to protect us from further damage. Justin helped us to feel safe and secure in an incredibly stressful time.

Award Roofing responded quickly to my request for assistance tarping my roof after Hurricane Helene. Justin scheduled the tarping and explained the process in detail. He worked with my insurance adjuster to get the charge approved. He used quality modern materials to cover and protect- not the old fashioned plastic tarps. He listened to my concerns and provided me information resources for all steps of my roof replacement, even though his company is not replacing it. I cannot recommend Justin and Award Roofing enough.

With a deadline to replace shingles within 3 weeks or face large fines; Justin came out, listened to my situation, and quickly got a very affordable estimate to meâ as an autism teacher affordability was very important. He was not only knowledgeable and personable but made sure he KEPT A SPOT OPEN on his schedule for once I got approval from the HOA. I got approved a week later, he and his crew were out the following Monday! BECAUSE of Award Roofing I was able to get my new roof by the deadline and avoid astronomical fines and fees from my HOA.
