This business is a fraud. Hope and Roger are liars, and do pay the materials suppliers. They will not answer nor return phone calls. They are in breach of contract and do not care who they screw over.

The contract for the deck was signed on Aug 21. Appeared to be a legit company FOUND THROUGH HOME ADVISOR. Deck was finally started on Dec 21st and they did not finish the project before their company folded. The warehouse is empty, phones have been disconnected. Deck was not completed according to plans, and the railing was never installed. 19K later, I find out the company is not licensed and a contractor who worked for the company filed the permit on behalf of the company. Most, if not all employees left the company, leaving an office manager to run the business along with her boyfriend to do the work. Worst of all, they lied through the entire period about completion when in fact they had known all along that the business was circling the drain.

Great bunch of guys!! Very nice, down to earth group. If I had a question or a request they listened and made me feel very satisfied. From the top to the bottom every single person I was in contact with was so awesome to talk to. I would highly recommend Awesome Decks for any of your Home Improvement needs.

Great team! We researched this project with at least a dozen deck contractors and Awesome Decks was clearly the best choice. As with any project, there are always unexpected challenges, but Jeff, Elijah and the team went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our deck project. I'd gladly hire them again!

Dont hire them! My project was supposed to take 3 days and we are now on day 13th with no end in sight. No communication. Deck specs got changed without my approval. They tore out my sprinkler system without advising me. They are terrible and do not deserve to be in business.

Reicher and his crew did a great job with our 1600 sqft paver patio, deck, and stand alone studio roof in the middle of our beautiful court yard. Jeff was our project manager and he did a great job communicating between us and the crew. Jeff and Reicher went above and beyond our expectations. I would highly recommend these two young men to anyone that needs work done at the home or business.

Very professional, efficient and dependable. Handled the project with the Homeowners Association, permitting with the City. They also did a great clean up when finished. We were in another city and they provided pictures so we could see the projrect as it moved along. Jeff and his team were great!

The sales pitch was convincing.But the work was shoddy and incomplete and sloppy. The contractor did not build to my specification and then excused his cutting corners by saying the mistakes were alright and were to code. The picture the salesperson showed me didn't match the end result. They left the site a mess when done. Another contractor needs to fix their mistakes..he said it was awful and inexcusable...paid a lot..got a mess. Things a mess and incomplete. No one should hire them.

"Prior to construction we provided this customer with a beautiful 3-D design of what we proposed to build, and we built it exactly as planned. We never compromise on quality or integrity, and take great pride in both our work and the satisfaction of our customers. We tried to be responsive to this customer?s complaints, but she refused to answer the phone or come to the door. Josh and Greg have done an outstanding job getting us started on our new deck. They have answered all our questions and have gone through everything with us completely. Their customer service is exceptional. Their communication so far has been superb.
