"Hey Eric, this is Garrett, the general manager of Augusta Lawn Care here in Denver. Thank you for reaching out to us. After you accepted your aeration and overseeding quote, you received an email on May 3rd at 10:27 am giving you information about your service scheduled for May 16th. The next day on May 4th at 8:22 am you called us to request that your aeration schedule be changed to a Monday or Friday. Unfortunately, we schedule all of our spring aeration’s on Tuesdays so we were unable to accommodate this request. While our amazing office team answered the phone in a timely manner every single time you called this May, I personally fell behind in scheduling and I am sorry for that. Due to an influx of 207% more requests for service (more than triple our typical amount), in mid May we had to stop taking on any additional work. We have since increased our staff to accommodate the increasing demand for our services and ensure that all of our clients receive fast and effective communication.
