I dropped off the twin canvas (2 identical) awnings several weeks ago for canvas replacement onto the original frames at the House of Canvas. This business in located in the greater Phoenix area, where I dropped them both off. What a pain in the tucus to get them there because of all the bumper to bumper traffic and construction along I-10. The 59th Street Exit was closed during this construction, so I had to drive to the the next available exit...72nd Street, and double back on a parallel street. The owner informed me that he is backed up with work 6 to 8 weeks. I told him I didn't mind.....no rush, but try to have them finished by this Christmas (2018). He said "OK." So, that's where it stands as I write this review...a week before Thanksgiving. Peter

Tim Anderson promptly sent me a quote for the possible repair of a wind sensor on my retractable awning, a job that no one else even bothered to quote. He arrived on time, and spent over 30 minutes calling the factory to address the difficult removing of the battery cover, which turned out to be the problem. He was friendly, knowledgeable and did not charge me, since it was only a dead battery. I would not hesitate to use The House of Canvas or recommend them!
