Initially, we were pleased with the salesperson who was very responsible and helpful in the ordering process. We ordered a porch awning and were promised that it would be installed in 3 weeks. That was about 8 weeks ago. The biggest concern is the lack of responsiveness from the company, despite the fact that they quickly processed our deposit check. We have made repeated phone calls to the office about the timing of installation. We always get the same answer ( "We'll call you right back") but never get any return call. It seems like they're annoyed that we are asking when we can expect the work to be done. It's been a frustrating experience dealing with this level of unprofessionalism. We can't recommend them.

Awning seems great, good quality! Contractors appeared to know what they were. Doing and about product!

The actual work has not yet been completed, based on my initial conversations with the company, and the details they provided, I am confident the work will be completed without incident and on schedule.

My awnings are beautiful! Via Home Advisor, Heather called and came out the same day. She is a gem. She had fabric choices and explained the process thoroughly. The guys came out and measured and from call to install it was four weeks - amazing. I highly recommend Bill LLoyd - go no further.

We needed a new motor and also had a hand crank put in so that if the electricity went out we could still retract the awning if the weather was stormy. So glad they responded quickly since we rent the house in the summertime and the renters were happy too!!

Very happy , after calling 3 other awning companies, who didn't even return my call. I called , Lloyd's, they sent Heather, right out, great sales girl who helped me with the fabric choices. Was a winner, looks great! Installers were friendly and fast.

Awning looks great and the job was done on time as promised.

I called them at 10:30 am and he agreed to meet me, at my home at 1 pm. The other awning company in Ocean City couldn't get to me until 2012. Bill Lloyd, not only got back to me the same day, he had them installed in 3 weeks. And they look beautiful. We are very pleased.

Bill is a professionally nice man. He and his installers are nice, prompt and professional. Got the awning within 3 wks. and I love my shade. The product Bill sells, SUNESTA, has a 10yr warranty, which is 2x's longer than another awning seller.
