Cabinets Refinish
I needed them to sand, put the wood filler in and sand again. Then prime the cabinets 2 times and paint. The cabinets do not look good at all. We can definitely tell that these guys did not put the wood filler in, and they did not sand at all. They really did not do this correctly at all. Very disappointing. My husband will need to try to fix every cabinet door that they messed up.

"That is exactly what we did, when we installed cabinets, everything was great. Wood grain does bot go away hundred no matter what we do. We painted cabinets 3 coats, there is only so much you can do with older, stained cabinets. I am sorry for misunderstanding."

Interior Painting or Staining
This was not a 5 star job in any way I hate to say. Vlad was a good guy but we had many issues. Did not actually do the entire job as we discussed. My wife and I have to finish some parts of the job our selves. He got rushed to finish everything and did some poor finish work. It ended up being a very disappointing hire. Unfortunately we would not hire Awesome Homes again.

"Dear Don, We did everything way you wanted, and fixed everything you wanted us to fix, i never received a call from you stating that something was not ok. I apologize for anything that might have not been to your satisfaction, but 99.9 percent of people would consider that job 5 star. We touched up the trim in all areas we worked at and some in the hallway. I told you we would do that at no additional charge and we did it. I am sorry if that wasn?t good enough."

Very good work product from trustworthy and friendly folks. We had a complex project including tearing down an existing patio cover and awning, replacing both the patio cover and awning, window replacement, and exterior paint. Painting was done first and was done extremely quickly. High quality paint job. The window was also quick and done very well. The patio cover was very complex with some crazy permitting requirements. It took quite a while to navigate but I'm very happy with the end product. Both the patio cover and awning look great and are extremely well built. Would happily hire Vlad and his guys again!

"Our goal is for 100% of our customers to be satisfaid, and we are very close to our goal, however if there is anything that should be corrected there has to be communication about it. I did not hear from you at all once job was finished, almost 3 months later I get this review, as contractor to another contractor I would expect to know if there was any problems with our work, everything was great when we spoke last. Please call me if you are not satisfaid, we can resolve any issues. i am sorry if we did anything wrong!"

Vlad was amazing. He responded right away and scheduled a quote that same day. He gave me a written quote that evening. For every request he responded immediately. His customer service has been impeccable! After he completed the work, he did a follow up visit the next day to fix any imperfections. He really stood by his work and I would hire him again in a heartbeat.

Vladmir was excellent! He gave me a complete bid for some garage drywall work within a couple of days of the visit. He then came and did a good job in a timely way. I then asked them back to do some interior drywall and painting work, and I couldn't be happier with the results! Highly recommend Awesome Homes!

Vladimir and his crew stained the exterior of our cedar home, stained our decks, repaired cracks in drywall and painted interior walls. They were reliable and did quality work. They made me feel safe when they were working. I refer them to friends and would definately call them again for additional work.
