Axel Landscaping

I hired Axel Landscaping Company to replace a fence post and two panels. Per our agreement, all materials were to be pressure-treated wood. When the installer, Axel, arrived, I asked him several times to verify the material, and he repeatedly confirmed the material was pressure-treated while on-site. The following day, a neighbor who is a contractor informed me that the panels installed are actually untreated pine. That has also been confirmed by Home Depot employee. I contacted Axel to request that he fulfill the original contract by installing the correct pressure-treated panels. While he acknowledged the discrepancy, he refused to rectify the situation. I will never hire Axel company again. The fence post is covered with a lot of mildew. Axel has used the cheapest materials. Axel has admitted installing junk materials.

My wife and I researched a number of quality fence installers when we first started our search. After meeting Axel we were convinced that his team was not only the right team to install our replacement fence but we also elected for his team to also install our stone walkway that we have been wanting to do for years. Let me say as clear as I can THE QUALITY OF WORKMANSHIP PREFORMED BY AXEL AND HIS ENTIRE TEAM WAS SIMPLY SUPERIOR TO ANYTHING WE HAD SEEN! The overall value for what we paid and what we received far out paced our initial expectations. I am going to recommend Axel Landscaping and Fence to everyone I come in connect with. If we need any work done to our yard I will only contact Axel going forward. My wife and I sat in our backyard today and it felt like an oases of piece, tranquility and wonderful privacy. My wife and I can't say enough on how satisfied we are with the professionalism and overall quality of each of the gentleman that worked to make our yard a showcase for others to envy. I was contacted immediately after submitting my request. Axel came out the next day to look at the job & gave me a quote to remove & replace my 30 yr old wood fence which was a little over 100 ft long. I was very pleased with the price & the final outcome. They showed up the next week as promised & the job was done in 3 days. Some sections of fence had to be customized, no problem. Good crew, very nice job, great experience all around.

I have been doing some updating in my backyard - needed to replace an existing fence. Reached out to Axel Landscaping for a quote on a Sunday, heard from them first thing Monday morning, came to my house by noon, provided a quote and completed the job by Wednesday at 5:00 p.m. His team was extremely professional, hard working and did a fantastic job. We had the most amazing experience with Axel and his team - we have a small backyard that we wanted fenced in as well as a bit of landscaping to tidy up the space before summer comes. From the very start of our experience, Axel was responsive and helpful and his crew was incredibly punctual, polite and professional while completing the job. We are very satisfied with the result and would definitely use their services again.

Terrible job, retaining all started falling a day later, giant chunks of cement broke off the ground. There is a pole sticking out of the ground. 3 weeks later a giant mess of sand, tools, gloves, and gravel was left in the driveway. We contacted axle they were supposed to come back on April 8 no one ever showed up multiple calls and text messages with no response posted a photo of the work done on their Facebook page Commented with pictures of the bad work I will have been doing deleted by the axle. We have to now go to court

They came quickly and did a pretty good job, but then they did not come back to remove a big branch that they forgot. I have been texting for 2 weeks and they promise to come but do not come. I do not want to put them down for the work, but it has been frustrating to try to get the large branch off my front lawn.

I would hire them again which I plan on doing. I have other work to be done. They were professional and very friendly

We are VERY disappointed and angry about how the fence was installed. This is NOT a professional job. It is uneven, there is no bottom rail, the top rail does not connect in a straight line (it is zip-tied !!) and the chain-link was poorly spray-painted black. Axel hustled here to give me a quote and said he could do it in a few days. On that day, they were 3 hours late, with no phone call. I had to contact him and he assured me he was on his way. I had to leave when they installed the fence. When I returned, I found the shoddy job described above.

They came to my house did spring cleaning around and the yard They are friendly and professional and I would Definitly recommend them!
