My technician is great but previously I had been having problems with the office staff when calling in they were not easy or kind to speak with since then I had a call from a Manager Clarissa who apologized for the way I was treat and said the staff would get some more training and wanted to know what else they could do to make things better. I told Clarissa I just would like for them not to speak rudely to people when they call in. She said she would keep a look at my account and if things are better next time I call would I write a new review. I told her of course I would so I called the office about a month later for a follow up appointment and talk to a Bret who was very nice and polite so they have definitely corrected the issue in the office which is great

It is the worst pest control service around. They do a half job and they have to come back multiple times because they can?t do the job right the first time and customer service is terrible. they lie about service contracts they nickel and dime you to death. I don?t see how they are still in business..

Awesome service as always. They made the effort to come out the same day as we started smelling a dead rat. Ryan was very professional and went the extra step of checking our whole crawls space to make sure no other rodents present.

??BE AWARE ?? of Axiom Eco-Pest Control Nashville!! They are scammers, they will lie to you, take your money !! One of their guys showed up at my door a few months ago, talked me into switching to their company. Stayed at my house for over 30mins, taught me what to say on the phone to cancel my pest control service with the other company and didn?t leave until I cancelled and switched to their company. I had to pay $299 cancelation fee with the other company to cancel my service and they promised me that they will let me it tried out and I can cancel anytime without a cancellation fee. After a few months of trying them, the service has been awful and I called today to cancel my service because it is waste of money to pay $100 every month for their service, the manager tells me that I own them $299 for canceling with them, although I was promised that if I switched my service with me and try them out I could cancel anytime without paying a cancellation fee!!

We have been very happy with Axiom since we started with them about 6 months ago the bug and rodent activity is significantly lower We have had similar service from other companies and Axiom is at the top of our list

If you want to be their client forever, and NOT have the problem resolved, hire them. You are required to sign up for their service for 24 months, and they will not fill the gaps where wasps nest around your property. I asked them and the technician about that, and they both told me it is a good idea to fill the gaps, but they will not do it (I have to hire a handyman to fill in the gaps in my roof awning now). They prioritize their business model of making as much profit as possible by keeping you coming back, over actually solving your problem. They do not actually complete the job of exterminating.

This was the initial service for Axiom. I was signed on by Gus who very thorough in what Axiom does. He was very knowledgeable and professional. There was no presser or forced feeling I had to sign on. The next day, Jordan the service provider, was very punctual, to perform the service.
