Terrible company! I spent $65K on extensive AV purchase and install and quality of service was an absolute disaster. I had to repeatedly call Adam to my home, literally over 30 times, to repair my glitchy or completely inoperable system that they recommended, purchased on my behalf and installed. Adam, broke the glass door to my rack and was extremely incompetent. Please do yourself a favor and do not hire this terrible company. I went with another company and after 4 trips to fix the mess made by Axiom Integration I have not had to call them one time for a repair. Axiom Integration needs to be put out out of business for terrible service, technical incompetence and fraud. After telling Adam with Axiom Integration how disappointed I was with his quality of work, his response was ?Yeah, this system has given us a lot of trouble.? I can?t express how embarrassing it is to have a house full of people while hosting an event to have your system completely shut down. I entertain in my home a lot and it happened to me repeatedly. Adams responsiveness was very spotty. Please trust me, do not hire this company. Call or another company. Do your research because I trusted Axiom Integration and they screwed me over big time. Thumbs down for me and that is an understatement.
