We’ve used Merrill at Axis Plumbing for two major jobs and highly recommend him. First, he inspected the plumbing in our new home and identified serious drainage issues with clear explanations and video. We hired him for extensive repairs, including rerouting old piping and coordinating a hand-digging crew to minimize disruption to our yard. He was knowledgeable, easy to reach, and professional throughout. Then, while we were away on a short trip, we came home to a flooded den and laundry room. Merrill came out immediately on a Sunday, identified a leaking water heater supply line, stopped the leak, and put us in touch with a water mitigation team that same day. He replaced the damaged water heater a few days later. We’re grateful to have found someone so reliable, kind, and generous with their time. Axis Plumbing is absolutely staying in our Rolodex!
