My wife and I hired Axis Plumbing and Heating to replace our old, galvanized pipes under our house and could not be happier with the results and service provided by Ernie and his team. They were professional, courteous, hard-working and went above and beyond at truly every opportunity. We received several estimates for the work and not only did Axis offer the best cost/value ratio, Ernie did not once try to sell us additional products and services we did not need or ask for. The work itself was done quickly but accurately, and now its almost as if we live in a new house with all new plumbing. Axis is a true rarity in today's world: I am so glad we found them and hired them for the work. My wife was so pleased with the repairs and service that she baked an apple pie and made sure that they each got a big piece to take with them! Ernie was quick to come over and provide us with a quote to replace our water heater. His cost estimate was in the middle range of what we expected. He was able to schedule the work according to our needs, and completed the work in the time window he asked for. For those of you considering a water heater replacement, we think Axis is a very good choice. If you live in Denver, the City offers a free pick-up of your old water heater tank, which you can schedule at your convenience.

Faucet Repair or Replacement Service
Ernie responded to my call from my restaurant on a Saturday night. We had a broken cold water pipe flooding our kitchen. Ernie arrived on scene in less than 30 minutes and had the repair complete within 20 minutes. We're extremely grateful since the alternative was to close on a busy Saturday night. I highly recommend Axis Plumbing!

We had an outdoor faucet replaced due to it leaking. Ernie told us it needed to be replaced. He charged us $775 and it lasted 2 weeks before it started leaking worse then before. He stated it was not under warranty and would not fix the problem. He pulled the old one out and left us with a hole in the side of our house and no faucet. Upon contract with Ernie he refused to return call or respond to emails!

"The only reason it was stated that the hose bibb was out of warranty was not the time frame, it was the fact that your home not being sealed properly by the home builder created a draft on that side of your home. My response time to any water-loss emergency is about 2 hours or less of that time I was out of your home shutting down the water and starting my inspection process with little to no damage at all. once it was discovered that your constant water issues( of which Axis was initially called to repair from another plumber) due to the building siding having a gap allowing air to freeze pipes, I gave you the name of a General contractor to fill in the gaps properly after which I would return to reinstall another one and you'd be charged as it wasn't due to any failure of materials or craftsmanship( the Colorado standard for warranty work). There were also 2 hose bibbs installed during the initial work, the second isn't mentioned at all or how well its working , that was the reason for your $775 bill. I responded to you at every step, your chose to mislead people even though all the other review say that I show up even if there is an issue and the fact that you choose to defame me is apparent and irresponsible for a lawyer."

Very responsive and did a wonderful job. We hired Ernie to re-plumb a 1930's bathroom that has been remodeled a few times for our new remodel. He also installed a tankless hot water heater. From start to finish, he was extremely professional and the job turned out perfectly. He has an apprentice assist on a few tasks and always checked his work.

I was having a problem with my tub/shower cartridge. Ernie came, fixed the problem, discovered a leak going into my crawl space, and fixed it. I canâ t say enough nice things about Ernie and how happy I was with his ability to fix my problems.
