Lucas was polite, thorough, careful with the windows and screens, and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. He minded the plantings in my foundation. I would hire him again.

Promptly gave me us a quote and scheduled time within a week for cleaning. Came in promptly and started work. He also took feedback when I asked a screen to be cleaned again. One thing I would look for improvement is vacuum or wet wipe the window ledge which was done ok. Over all good service for the money I paid!

No one has repsonded to my email. A window seal was broken we believe from the power washing. Power washing is not recommended for double pane windows. I emailed the company to ask if they are insured but no response.

"Just saw this! Mary Jane, I looked for your email and could not find it, if I had seen it f course I would have answered. Yes I am fully insured and (508 308 1602). Of course power washing is not recommended to wash windows, and I would never do that. What I used at your house is a window washing specific water filtration system. it maxes out at about 50 psi and is no more powerful than a garden hose. Most power/pressure washers are 1,000 psi and above. please give me a call so we may resolve the matter. (508) 308 1602"

Lucas is a very personable and energetic young man who works by himself. We had outside window cleaning and gutter cleaning done. The windows were fine and he did most of the gutters but preferred to use our ladder for the higher ones as the one he had was heavier. He was not comfortable doing the high gutters and had to leave a couple of short ones in difficult locations undone. I would use him again for the windows.

He came over, saw the windows from the inside and outside and made an estimate. I agreed on the amount. Once he started to do the work he realized the windows were older than what he expected and not as easily accessible - my condo is about 30 yrs old. As he was preparing to leave I looked at the window and they did not appear to be clean. When I spoke to him about it he said "to get them clean I would have to go up and down the ladder a few times and I am not going to do that". I was disappointed in the work but did pay him the amount we agreed upon because I am a person of my word. I think he is a well intentioned person who underestimated the what it would take to clean my windows; the best way to handle it would have been for him to return with a second person so one could clean the inside while the other opened, closed and cleaned from the outside. This is how I have seen it done at other units and frankly what I expected. I think in a newer unit with windows that are easier to acess it would have gone better. Oh well.
