I had a problem with some of the work he did. he hooked up my faucets backward and had leaks in the drain did not patch my ceiling in he refused to pick up and haul away the mess he left in my upstairs out on my deck and in the hallway and the basement .So i would not recommend him for plumbing project. I had to hold his pay till he came back and cleaned up and hauled away the mess.

John is super, his approach to the project was excellent, he's knowledgeable, very hard working, does great work, is extremely fair on his pricing and is genuinely a nice guy. I plan on using him many more times. I whole heartedly recommend him for any home project.

John called immediately when I posted to Home advisor and asked if I wanted my door lock installed today yet and I said yes and he said I'll be there in 20 minutes... My husband and I and John talked a bit and John got door lock installed in a timely manner... super nice and professional! Will definitely use him again!

John was great. He a was the only one out of the choices offered in my area who CALLED ME BACK RIGHT AWAY! He gave me an estimate over the phone and was over the VERY NEXT DAY to evaluate and leave a written estimate for me. I needed a GRAB BAR installed in my mom's bathroom before she came home home from rehab after breaking a hip. He was very accommodating after a scheduled appointment needed to change because delivery of the grab bar was delayed. He arrived right on time, and completed the job with no problems, even having the anchors needed for one side of the bar. I highly recommend AYALA'S EXTREME EXTERIORS because although I'm sure they usually deal with much larger projects, he was happy to help me get my job done at a reasonable price without any hassle.

John called right away after I made an inquiry with Home Advisor. He came out a few days later and we went over the things that I needed help with. He gave me a quote which was very acceptable and he started fixing things from my list right away. I had a cabinet door off for a couple of months and when he was done, that was one of the items that I could check off my list. He is personable, reasonable, and cares about his work. I plan on bringing him back to do other things around the house. My husband used to handle issues that came up but Alzheimer's has ended my being able to rely on him and YouTube only goes so far.

John was not only able to hook my appliances up but he was at my house within 20 minutes of my calling. He was extremely nice and efficient and well priced. I will definitely call first if I ever need any other assistance.
