I had just bought a new house that was in need of interior painting. Fermin was quick and thorough with his estimate for nearly 2400sqft. The price was decent but the quality was beyond my expectations. Fermin and his team made the walls and trim look brand new while finishing the project early. he patched many holes made from installing recessed lighting(something I threw at him last minute) and even some construction on a wall (also last minute). Fermin and his team were extremely professional from the quality of work to cleaning up after they had completed. I will be using Ayala Painting for any handy work or future painting projects going forward. I definitely recommend.

What started off as Fermin coming in for an estimate on spraying my kitchen cabinets white, this project turned into a much larger project of him offering his services for helping to remove a wall in between my living room/dining room, adding molding and painting entire downstairs and upstairs. I was in the process of getting multiple estimates for different projects and I am so pleased I went with Fermin for the entire job start to finish. Fermin and his team are reliable and responsible and did a fantastic job. I highly, highly recommend Ayala's Painting. Having just closed on a new home and wanting the job to be done right before moving in, he did just that and more. I am very pleased with his work and we are already thinking of future jobs for Fermin and his crew to perform once we move in. Side note - Fermin and his team are extremely caring, polite and considerate. They even helped move our trash cans back into the garage once the garbage pick up happened and even helped to move in packages that were delivered, all without asking. Fermin is a wonderful gentleman, confirming again one day ahead of his planned day via telephone call. He made his work place neat and clean after his work, and his application of tape and painting was done in a professional way. Freeman ALWAYS has a smile on his face and a can do attitude. We needed painting, skim coating, hardware replacement, drywall patching, wall paper patching and railing stabilizing. Fermin and his team did it all! A couple of weeks later we needed a mirror hung and a couple of loose steps fixed. No problem for Fermin!!

We worked with Fermin from Ayala's Painting LLC for the exterior and deck painting project recently. Overall, Fermin and his team had done an excellent job in this project. The painting was done in a highly quality manner, and the team was always willing to listen to our feedback throughout the process. The team members are punctual, friendly and professional. Fermin is a true professional. He is personable, very capable and says the words that home owners want to hear most, "We can do that". We needed a bathroom skim coated and painted. Netto and Andrew did a great job making a 100 year old bathroom look like new. Fermin fixed a loose railing in the basement. That railing is not going anywhere for a very long time. The last item was a large hole patch in the wall. Fermin patched the hole and feathered in the wallpaper. Not an easy task. There was one small hiccup. The house is 100 years old so the bathroom window was stuck shut after the painting. They are casement windows. The lower window does not travel up and down level. I called Fermin on Friday afternoon, he came back and fixed the problem. Always with a smile on his face! Everything was cleaned up afterwards, like they were never there. Would definitely hire Fermin again!

We were so pleased with their work. They went to three different paint stores to match our exact color. They did a wonderful job with our drywall/paint work. Would definitely hire again!

They did a wonderful job on patching my ceiling and building a soffit. Added crown molding and painted everything to make it seamless. Cleaned up afterwards and left it beautiful. I m very happy with the results and would use them and recommend them in the future.

I was in a last minute bind and Ayala Painting saved the day. They came in two days after we met at day and time requested and finished the job within 4.5 hours with two guys. Great customer service. Very quick to respond and very personable. Will use them again.
