Move in cleaning was performed. The floors looked good but could have been cleaned more thoroughly. The crew arrived a bit later than agreed time, first thing they do is take pictures “before” and at the end take pictures “after”(even though it was still during paid cleaning time). Agreed on 4 hours cleaning, they finished 10 min earlier, not big deal, but still ….

They were fast but I did not like the product they used on my floors, it was very sticky , it was not diluted and I had to mop the floors with warm water

They did a wonderful job for me. Very responsible company. I would recommend them to everyone. We are getting ready to sell the house and had not been there since October. This was a little difficult handling this long distance but Delia was very accommodating. According to my neighbor who checked the house for me after the work, everything was clean, bright and shining. And the price was very reasonable. You cannot go wrong with this company.

The young woman who cleaned was lovely and did a good job. I was just annoyed that my time slot was changed last minute and the introductory group was late by a half hour anyway. I would have preferred a three person group to reduce the time spent in my condo. That being said, I have no complaints about the actual cleaning. And I will try them again.
