Gilberto and his team maintained our property for more than a year. He seems like a nice fellow. Unfortunately, we have plants under stress, dying and/or dead all over our property. He blamed the weather, yet, when I asked him to look at neighboring 5-6 yards we couldnâ t find one plant appearing stressed. We had both A-Able tree service and Star Nursery experts to look at our issues and they both said plants were dehydrated or not getting any water. Again, when I tried to discuss the issues with Gilberto he said we need another â valveâ . We spent about $10,000 with Aydenâ s last year and have never questioned anything he said we need. When I asked why he hadnâ t made this/these changes already he simply shrugged. Worse, while there was a time early on when he was a solid communicator. . Recently he ignored my communications as we became increasingly concerned regarding our loses and threatened mature plants. When I again confronted him with issues and asked for a specific plan on how he was going to deal with issues and bring our yard back to its condition when he started, he â firedâ us with no notice. As I write this review, most of the plants on the east side of our home are dead or dying. The 25-30 mature cypress at the rear of our property are under severe stress and will require extreme care when it cools in an attempt to saving them. We have other areas where 5-6 contiguous plants died from lack of water. I had asked Gilberto what was happening as they declined and he said it was heat. They cut them off at the ground, didnâ t apologize and didnâ t replace. . .tried to hide the area by placing existing potted plants in front of the area. This is our first negative review. If you decide to use Aydenâ s . . .we suggest you hold him accountable at the first signs of trouble.

Gilberto is very responsive. Their work is high quality and they truly clean up after themselves. Their â extraâ work is done well and at reasonable prices.

This is my second time working with Gilberto and I am very satisfied with the work that was completed. He was able to fit me into his schedule on short notice both times and his prices are reasonable compared to others . I will definitely be using them again and highly recommend them.

Gilberto is the person that did the excellent work. He trimmed about ten cypress trees and later he came back to my home and removed two pine trees. He did an excellent job.

He showed for the project on time and started the work right away. We agreed on a price and he finished everything as planned. He trimmed two trees and a bush, removed weeds and debris. Then he fixed a leak in my sprinkler system and reset my timer. I am very pleased with the work. I will hire him again.

Yard was a mess! They trimmed palms, trees and bushes and clean the weeds and whole yard. Went from having the worst yard in the neighborhood to one of the best!

They are really good at what they do. They have gone above and beyond to make sure my home in an HOA looks amazing. My landscaping is the best in the neighborhood with over 100 houses in it. Many of my neighbors have stopped by to ask who does my landscaping.
