Damien and his team wwre wonderful. They gave us an extremely fair price on our full basement renovation and layed out all the details, timing, pricing per item ahead of time. The communication very thorough and he was very organized. The finished basement is absolutely beautiful and we are extremely happy we trusted Damien and his team to complete the job.

We are very pleased with the work Ayuso Construction completed in all 4 rooms. They started on stayed on schedule which is is huge plus. We needed major wall repairs in each of the 4 rooms (3 bedrooms and 1 family room). We not only needed to smooth out the walls in each of the rooms, prime, paint walls/ceiling/doors, but we also had the additional interest to add crown ceiling molding in 3 of the rooms, floor molding, door molding, and window molding in the master bedroom. In one of the bedrooms we had an accent color on one of the walls. Everything came out perfect and exactly how I envisioned. The precision and care they took is impressive and I feel like the rooms have had a complete facelift. All window treatments, shelving and wall mounted TVs were placed exactly where it was prior to the start of the work. All rooms were put back to exactly how it was. They were very respectful and accommodating to our work from home/remote learning schedule. Throughout the job they provided updates on progress as they moved from room to room. Total job cost was very reasonable. I without reservation highly recommend Ayuso Construction and I will definitely hire them for future work on our home.

Used Ayuso for multiple projects including demolition, bathroom and basement remodeling, electrical wiring and installation of high hats and ceiling fans, painting and moldings, baseboard heating with cover changes, power washed siding and resealed drive way pavers. Every single time it when smoothly. Really pays attention to detail, shows up and finishes the job within a set amount of time, always polite and courteous.

Clean and professional, a pleasure to have in my home. I have received many compliments on the crown molding, and due to the angles on the walls, it was not an easy job. We look forward to having them back to paint and add crown to our kitchen once we have some electrical work done.
