I am a homeowner who needed a load bearing wall removed. Mahsa worked with me through the whole process, using all forms of communication including FaceTime as well as stopping by my home. All of her responses were quick and she was able to listen to what we wanted and provided drawings to support our goals, she even modified the drawings and was available to answer questions for my contractors. Her plans were quickly approved by the city with no issues. When I need additional work done I will definitely use her again.
