Excellent service! I called because the two front burners on my gas cooktop had very small flames and were difficult to ignite, while the rear burners worked normally. Rashad quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it in less than 10 minutes. He didn't try to sell me any unnecessary parts or repairs. He simply cleaned out the clogged burner openings, and everything worked perfectly again. The service call was only $85, which I thought was very fair. He was professional, honest, efficient, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him!

Very friendly and knowledgeable technician that came to look at our dryer. He was even early for the appointment! Even better was that I was able to get a next day appointment which I needed to be in the late afternoon. Rashad the repair person was an absolute delight to work with. He eased all my concerns and fixed my refrigerator without delay. The price was fair and the process was smooth.

Came late, spoke no English which is ridiculous. Used a couple tools of mine and replaced cable not specific for a dishwasher. I supplied that too which was again ridiculous.
