The first technician that came to our home did not speak English. My husband had questions and it was difficult as the tech
had to call office for translation. He did replace the heating element and thermostat. He wanted to replace the rollers for the drum, but did not have the correct roller for the dryer, The dryer worked for a few hours, but the drum stopped turning. Called and spoke to the owner who placed an order for the correct roller. The owner came out four days later and replaced rollers, charged for the rollers only, no additional service cost.

Their communication was poor he would not give the technician phone number to call me or vice versa for me to get the number from him and to get him to come over here.

Excellent service! I called because the two front burners on my gas cooktop had very small flames and were difficult to ignite, while the rear burners worked normally. Rashad quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it in less than 10 minutes. He didn't try to sell me any unnecessary parts or repairs. He simply cleaned out the clogged burner openings, and everything worked perfectly again. The service call was only $85, which I thought was very fair. He was professional, honest, efficient, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him!

Very friendly and knowledgeable technician that came to look at our dryer. He was even early for the appointment! Even better was that I was able to get a next day appointment which I needed to be in the late afternoon. Came late, spoke no English which is ridiculous. Used a couple tools of mine and replaced cable not specific for a dishwasher. I supplied that too which was again ridiculous.
