"As professionals in this business we only have the ability to advise you of what we think is best for your project, but you make the final decisions. We recommended that your deck is in a very bad condition and that all the decking boards or at least most of the decking boards needed to be replaced vs. "Just paint it for me". We also advised you of what the outcome would be like if we just painted rotted and damaged deck. Once the job was completed you had called us back and asked that we come back and redo the job which we did our due diligence and came back out there, scraped, pressure washed, and paint your deck for the second time at no extra costs to you! I am sorry you are not happy with the result of our second attempt. I advise that you take contractor's words next time, and let them do what is right for your project. I am very positive that you will be very happy with the results then. Thank you for your review, we are still here to help you :)"
